Duties & responsibilities:

- Generate Revenue by Sourcing and Closing Land Transactions in Mumbai / MMR as per Yearly assigned budget.

- Candidate will be expected to work across the spectrum of land monetization structures including but not limited to Sale/ JV/ DM, etc.

- Securing Land Disposition Mandates

- Handling the entire transaction process with the support of the Mumbai Capital Markets Team

- Generating and managing Land Database and options - mainly done through Database/ Surveyor

- Ensure team revenue budget is met.

To apply Must have:

- Minimum 15 years of real estate experience.

- Must have a background in Land Acquisition.

- Proficient in team management

Employee specification:

- Qualification : Post graduate

- Minimum 15 years of work experience across real estate.

- Expertise and track record in Land Transactions

- Understanding of land stock in Mumbai / MMR

- Understanding of local Development Control Regulations

- Good hold in key micro-markets in Mumbai / MMR

- Relationship with top sellers and buyers

- Excellent relationship with Tier I & Tier II developers

Key skills:

- Strong negotiation skills

- Target-oriented approach

- Ability to convert leads into closures.

- Direct reports Will need to build - starting with an additional land broker and a surveyor
