Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment Strategy Development:

Design and implement effective recruitment strategies aligned with organizational goals.
Analyze market trends to adapt sourcing techniques and identify talent pools.
Team Management:

Lead, mentor, and manage the recruitment team to achieve performance targets.
Conduct regular training to enhance team capabilities in talent acquisition.
End-to-End Recruitment:

Oversee the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of candidates.
Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and requirements.
Employer Branding:

Develop initiatives to enhance the organization’s employer brand and attract high-quality candidates.
Represent the company at job fairs, networking events, and recruitment drives.
Data-Driven Decisions:

Track and analyze recruitment metrics to optimize processes and improve hiring outcomes.
Generate reports on recruitment performance and provide insights to senior management.
Stakeholder Collaboration:

Partner with HR and department managers to forecast hiring needs.
Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires.
Compliance and Best Practices:

Ensure recruitment practices comply with legal regulations and company policies.
Implement industry best practices to maintain high recruitment standards.
Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience (5+ years) in recruitment, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
Strong knowledge of recruitment tools, ATS systems.
