Job description
ï‚· To ensure on-line testing of the products and quality assurance
equipment is maintained in good condition.
ï‚· To ensure that test methods are strictly adhered to and test reports
are forwarded to designated authority.
ï‚· Coordinate the overall quality specifications and standards for raw
materials, processes, inspection and finished product storage
ï‚· Report online non-conformances and recommendations to
Production manager or Dispatch Manager and follow up the same
ï‚· Actively participate & responsible for the implementation of 5€™S€™in
shop floor.
ï‚· Shall be responsible for maintaining good condition & safety of
equipment and accessories in their respective work area.
ï‚· Take disciplinary actions
ï‚· Authorize to stop the production activity when there is any non
conformance observed regarding product with consultation of
superior.
ï‚· Authorize to reject the material which not meets the standard
specifications with consultation of superior.
