to define the service objective, scope of work and technical requirements to move
ahead for further process.
ˆ™Coordinate and monitor daily service operations tasks, ensuring that all activities are
executed promptly.
ˆ™Meets client expectations and maintains long-term relationship with client.
ˆ™Attend to client's feedback and complaints Create and maintain service
documentation, Measure service performance using tools & technique.
ˆ™Maintaining current order documents, Service Level Agreements, AMC agreements,
purchase order, warranty certificate, contract order management in ERP system.
ˆ™Responsible for providing customers with technical support and customer satisfaction
by ensuring that all questions and concerns are taken care of the first time they call in
for assistance.
ˆ™Responded to and provided assistance to internal Customers and Company's trade
Customers in areas such as product order fulfilment processes, Customer service
requests, product changes or returns, application assistance, accounts receivable
collections, contract issues/administration.
