Work Profile
➢ Margin Allocation morning mails to custodian and internal teams and downloading trade
reports from custodian portal.
➢ Onboarding of new client i.e. account activation, form filing, coordination with the
custodian and communication with the client for all the details and information.
➢ Coordination with the client and Custodian for Fund withdrawal and Top ups and keeping
the client and team updated on the same.
➢ Managing existing clients and resolving queries.
➢ Preparation of Trade allocation and uploading the same with custodian and brokers.
➢ Filing of Monthly and Annual SEBI reports as per PMS regulation and Coordination with
the custodian for the Compliance.
➢ Preparation of Tax returns under GST, Income tax and TDS etc.
➢ Coordination with intermediaries like Auditors, Distributors, Broker, Custodian etc.
➢ Calculation of performance fee of the clients and Billing.
• Required skills
➢ Good communication skills
➢ Knowledge of MS Word, MS office, MS Excel, Power point, Tally 9 Prime
➢ Knowledge of Accounting, Taxation.
➢ Effective coordination within Internal team.

Experience 2 - 4 Years
Salary 2 Lac 50 Thousand To 3 Lac P.A.
