We are looking for a dynamic Branch Manager to lead our Pune branch. The ideal candidate
will be responsible for driving sales, managing a team, ensuring operational efficiency, and
delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
 Achieve sales targets for financial products (loans, insurance, investments)
 Manage and mentor a team of sales & business development executives
 Oversee daily branch operations and compliance
 Build strong client relationships and handle escalations
 Monitor performance and submit regular reports
 Maintain proper documentation and adherence to company policies and regulatory
guidelines.
Requirements:
 Graduate; MBA preferred
 2+ years of experience in sales/team management
 Strong leadership, communication & sales skills
 Financial services background is a plus
