Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and generate new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and
market research.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
• Understand client needs and propose tailored business solutions.
• Work closely with the sales, marketing, and product teams to align strategies and maximize
revenue.
• Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and contracts.
• Conduct competitive analysis to identify market trends and gaps.
• Monitor and evaluate business performance, using data to drive improvements.
• Represent the company at client meetings, industry events, and conferences.
• Maintain accurate records of business development activities in CRM systems.
• Support the negotiation and closing of business deals & its 100% field work.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role (typically 2+ years).
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to analyze market trends and develop strategies accordingly.
• Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
• Self-driven, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong presentation and proposal writing skills.
