Responsibilities & Duties:
Principle responsibility of candidate for Business Development. It includes the following tasks:
∙Lead generation: Targeting commercial real estate industry which includes real estate
consultants, international property consultants (IPC), developers-builders.
∙Targeting top level management responsible for company's expansion. Admin &
Operation managers who play an important role in shortlisting of properties (Commercial
office premises).
∙Expert in online lead generation.
∙Initiating dialogue by calling, taking up appointment and giving profile presentation
∙Doing follow-ups at regular intervals via calls, messages, emails etc.
Qualifications & Skills:
∙Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial real estate.
∙Knowledge in the field of Interior designing (Corporate offices)
∙Good command in English, Hindi, Marathi languages.
∙Well versed with MS Office
∙Payments will be a combination of Monthly remuneration and incentive plan
