Job Description:
Contract Acquisition and Networking:
1.Industry Relationships: Leveraging extensive network of industry contacts of
builders, suppliers, subcontractors, and industry associations, and Govt agencies
to identify business opportunities.
2.Lead Generation: Generate leads and build a robust pipeline of prospective civil
project contracts through the industry connections and relationships.
3.Client Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with
potential clients, understanding their needs and expectations.
4.Market Insight: Well informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and
emerging opportunities, providing valuable market insights to the company.
5.Contract Identification: Identify and pursue civil project contracts that align
with our strategic objectives and capabilities.
6.Negotiations: Lead contract negotiations with clients to secure contracts with
favorable terms and conditions for both parties.
Project Execution:
7.Project Planning: Collaborate with project teams to develop comprehensive
project plans, including timelines, resources, and milestones.
8.Resource Allocation: Ensure the allocation of necessary resources, including
personnel, equipment, and materials, for project execution.
9.Quality Assurance: Oversee project quality assurance and control measures to
meet and exceed client expectations.
