Position Overview: The Operations Head for Facility Management plays a
pivotal role in overseeing the efficient and effective operation of a
company's facilities and premises. This role involves managing a range of
services that contribute to the overall functionality, safety, and comfort of
the organization's physical environment. The Operations Head is
responsible for leading a team, optimizing processes, ensuring compliance
with regulations, and maintaining a high standard of service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
1.Facility Management Leadership:
∙Lead and manage the facility management team, including facility
managers, maintenance staff, security personnel, and support staff.
∙Develop and implement strategic plans for the efficient operation of
facilities, aligning with the organization's goals.
2.Operations Management:
∙Oversee day-to-day facility operations, including maintenance,
repairs, security, housekeeping, landscaping, and other related
services.
∙Ensure that facilities are well-maintained, clean, and safe for
employees, visitors, and tenants.
3.Vendor and Contractor Management:
∙Establish and manage relationships with vendors, suppliers, and
contractors to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of services.
∙Negotiate contracts and agreements, monitor performance, and
enforce service level agreements.
4.Budget and Cost Management:
∙Develop and manage the facility management budget, optimizing
spending while maintaining service quality.
∙Monitor expenses, track financial performance, and provide regular
reports to senior management.
5.Health and Safety Compliance:
∙Ensure that facilities adhere to all relevant health, safety, and
environmental regulations and standards.
