Key Responsibilities:
Farm Operations Management:
€¢ Oversee daily farm operations, ensuring efficient and productive practices.
€¢ Develop and implement farm management plans and schedules.
€¢ Monitor and manage crop production, soil health, irrigation systems, and pest control measures.
€¢ Ensure timely planting, cultivation, and harvesting of crops.
Nursery Establishment and Management:
€¢ Establish and manage large-scale nurseries, focusing on the development, maintenance, and management of high-quality plant and proceedings.
€¢ Implement propagation techniques and ensure the health and growth of nursery plants.
€¢ Develop strategies for nursery expansion and diversification.
Crop and Livestock Management:
€¢ Make decisions related to planting schedules, crop selection, and animal husbandry practices.
