1. In-Process Quality Control
- Monitor production processes and ensure compliance with control plans and work instructions
- Perform in-process inspections and verify critical dimensions and characteristics
- Ensure defect identification, segregation and traceability
2. Process Audits & Monitoring
- Conduct layered process audits and patrol inspections
- Verify adherence to SOPs, machine parameters and inspection methods
- Monitor SPC charts and take action on out-of-control conditions
3. Defect Control & CAPA
- Analyze in-process defects and identify root causes
- Initiate and track corrective and preventive actions
- Support 4M changes, containment and retro activities
Other
- Support first piece approval and changeover verification
- Train inspectors and operators on quality requirements
- Maintain inspection records, check sheets and reports
