Monitor production processes and ensure compliance with control plans and work instructions
Perform in-process inspections and verify critical dimensions and characteristics
Ensure defect identification, segregation and traceability
2. Process Audits & Monitoring
Conduct layered process audits and patrol inspections
Verify adherence to SOPs, machine parameters and inspection methods
Monitor SPC charts and take action on out-of-control conditions
3. Defect Control & CAPA
Analyze in-process defects and identify root causes
Initiate and track corrective and preventive actions
Support 4M changes, containment and retro activities

Support first piece approval and changeover verification
Train inspectors and operators on quality requirements
