1. 1. In-Process Inspection
• Inspect parts during production as per control plan and work instructions
• Check critical dimensions, appearance and functional characteristics
• Record inspection results and maintain traceability
2. Defect Identification & Control
• Identify, segregate and label non-conforming parts
• Inform supervisor and quality engineer immediately in case of abnormality
• Ensure no defective material moves to next process
3. Process Monitoring
• Verify machine settings, first piece and changeover approvals
• Follow sampling frequency and inspection methods
• Support containment and re-inspection when required
2. Other
• Maintain 5S and proper handling of measuring instruments
• Support layered, process and product audits
• Follow safety and quality rules strictly
3. Authority
• Authority to stop the process if defects or abnormality is found
• Authority to segregate and mark rejected material
• • Authority to raise quality alerts to supervisors
