As a Press Tool Manager, you will oversee the end-to-end delivery of Press
Tool services.
��Ensuring timely and successful delivery of projects with client organizations.
��Manage the Automation process, mentor and lead a team of Engineers &
Developers, and maintain excellent relationships with clients and
candidates.
��Mentor and lead a team of Engineers & Developers and maintain excellent
relationships with clients and candidates.
��Collaborate with clients to gather job specifications, including technical
skills, experience, and specific requirements.
��Implement best practices and standardized procedures to enhance the
overall delivery and quality of Automation services.
��Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their
Automation needs, and ensuring client satisfaction.
��Continuously evaluate and refine Automation processes, identifying areas
for optimization and efficiency gains.
Requirements: -
��Bachelor��s degree in mechanical engineering or Degree/Post Diploma in Tool
Engineering (or equivalent experience).
��Must have experience 2.5+ years of experience
��Proven experience in Press Tool die Design- Panel dies/ Transfer Die Design.
��Well conversant with 3D Design Software �� Catia/ UG/ Solid works etc.
��Excellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to
motivate and develop a high-performing team.
��Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective
collaboration with clients, candidates, and internal stakeholders.
��Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with the capacity to manage
multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
