1.Sales Strategy and Planning:
∙Develop a strategic sales plan for selling residential apartment
units, aligning with the overall project goals and market trends.
∙Identify target customer segments and demographics, and tailor
sales approaches accordingly.
2.Team Leadership and Management:
∙Lead, coach, and manage the sales team, including sales
executives, consultants, and coordinators.
∙Provide guidance, training, and support to ensure team members
are equipped to effectively promote and sell apartment units.
3.Customer Relationship Management:
∙Build and maintain relationships with potential buyers, responding
to inquiries, providing information, and addressing concerns.
∙Oversee the creation of a positive and engaging customer
experience throughout the sales process.
4.Sales Process and Lead Management:
∙Implement and optimize the end-to-end sales process, from lead
generation to closure.
∙Monitor lead pipelines and track progress to ensure timely and
successful conversions.
5.Marketing Collaboration:
∙Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute
marketing campaigns that promote apartment units effectively.
