Experience of Residential and Commercial Plumbing Systems.

 Preparation of drainage and stormwater budget with detailed measurement sheet as per Invert Levels. Calculations of water demand and pipe sizing, STP, Transformer, and DG capacity.

 Estimation of internal and external Building budget considering toilets Plans, elevations, and RCC cutouts for Plumbing systems.

 Estimation of water tank, sprinkler system, hydraulic systems, and fire alarm systems. etc.

 Experience of EC calculations and EC meetings is preferred.

 Preparation of detailed drawing requirements and communication with the client for a detailed budget.

 Knowledge of preparation of detailed Tender BOQ.

 Must have knowledge of current basic rates.
