Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal
candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong
customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. This role requires a proactive approach to
market development and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new sales leads, prospects, and business opportunities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Conduct product presentations, negotiations, and close sales effectively.
Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand customer base.
Conduct market research to understand customer needs and market trends.
Prepare and deliver accurate sales reports and forecasts.
Represent the company at trade shows, events, and client meetings.
Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, customer support) to ensure
customer satisfaction.
Stay up to date with product knowledge, pricing, and industry trends.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven sales experience, preferably in [industry or product type] (typically 2+ years).
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office tools.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
