Responsibilities
1.Obtain profitable sales by implementing the decided strategy and selling skills
2.Generate leads and enquiries
3.Work with architects / consultants to incorporate specifications in the projects
4.Prepare and present organization capabilities and product solutions to stake holders of the project(s)
5.Finalize orders and contractual conditions including payment terms
6.Prepare reports of sales enquiries, customer visits and provide data for MIS
7.Prepare competitive analysis
8.
9.Monitor market and competition movements
10.Establish relationship with the architects, consultants and end customers to generate more business in the assigned area / territory
11.Maintain monthly, quarterly and yearly enquiries generation and record of them
12.Win / Loss analysis
13.Ensure finalization of contracts / orders as collectable sales
14.Follow up for accounts receivables
15.Maintain cost discipline
